FAQ: Should I sign up for Monthly or The Session?

The only difference between Monthly and the Session is that it covers about 8-9 weeks of classes, you save a bit more paying upfront, and you are guaranteed a spot in my showcase. At the end of every session, I host a showcase for all of my students. Industry guests are invited and you can invite family and friends. All showcases are on zoom. If you do monthly, you are able to do the showcase as well, you will just need to be in class for at least 2 months prior to the showcase.

Master Class for Teens

This class is for Deborah Lemen’s advanced-level teens. You will dive deeper into scene study and focus a lot more on character development, emotional diaries, script analysis, and more. Deborah Lemen trains you to develop skills on how to make the character your own and how to bring your core essence to the character. This ensures you make confident choices as an actor and respect who you are onscreen and off. At Deborah Lemen Acting Studio, we offer Zoom and in-person classes. Students can take a mix of Zoom and in-person. Deborah Lemen provides a safe environment so each student can feel free to open up and reveal WHO THEY ARE in the stories they are telling. Many methods are used in this class, as well as the Lemen Technique.

Actors Can Take as many classes a week for no extra charge

CHARACTER STUDY INTENSIVE

Our teen master class is a scene study class where we work on both Tv and Film scripts. Students will go into rehearsal and then I work with them. We will do some exercises based on the scenes and then they will usually do it again. All scene work and casting will be done from within the class with a strong emphasis on a complete character development process.
